Inequality Addition Property

if a < b, then a + c < b + c

This property allows us to add a value to both sides of the operator.

Here are some examples:

  1. if 3 < 5, then 3 + 5 < 7 + 5

  2. if x < 10, then x + 8 < 10 + 8

  3. if 3m < 15 + n, then (3m) + x < (15 + n) + x
