Inequality Addition Property
if a < b, then a + c < b + c
This property allows us to add a value to both sides of the operator.
Here are some examples:

if 3 < 5, then 3 + 5 < 7 + 5

if x < 10, then x + 8 < 10 + 8

if 3 ⋅ m < 15 + n, then (3 ⋅ m) + x < (15 + n) + x
