Associative Property of Multiplication
This property says that when multiplying 3 terms, changing the order of operations does not change the outcome. More precisely:
(a ⋅ b) ⋅ c = a ⋅ (b ⋅ c)
Here are some examples:
(5 ⋅ 7) ⋅ 9 = 5 ⋅ (7 ⋅ 9)
(x ⋅ (y + 2)) ⋅ z = x ⋅ ((y + 2) ⋅ z)
((m ⋅ n) ⋅ 2) ⋅ (j ⋅ k) = (m ⋅ n) ⋅ (2 ⋅ (j ⋅ k))
